Nasi Lemark DIY

I love Malaysian Food...it's spicy and tasty (well, i like tasty). Chili is the king of south-east Asian food!!! Malay food looks simple, but it consumed a lot of time in grounding the ingredient...like chili, red shallot..etc.

been searching for so many recipes, but what it came out from my hand is the nasty taste of nasi lemak...but this time...the sun raised from the west! i had successfully made an authentic-like nasi lemak.....although the chili sauce was bought from Asian grocery, i am very pleased with the coconut rice which i made....Yeah!!!! my mom couldn't even believe i can cook!
